Caveat Venditor

I made my first sale on Etsy after opening my store nearly nine months ago. The only problem? The buyer wigged out, claimed she had paid me weeks ago and that the problem was on my end. Um, I have regularly sold on Ebay for the past five years and I have never had a problem with my Paypal account. Lie much? Thought so.
