Summer Song

It's been summer break for about a minute and my children have already begun their chorus of what can we do? Lizzie is already so bored she's itching for me to start our traditional summer homeschooling right away.

I suspect once all their activities, including our quirky homeschooling curriculum, get underway next week, the kiddos will be chirping a different tune along the lines of please, can we sleep in this morning? Sorry, my bright-eyed, bushy tailed wee ones, you asked for it, I'll say with a small, sly smile.
