A utility sink in the laundry room will definitely be a part of the basement remodel because I am so sick of schlepping wet bundles of puke-stained clothes and bedding from the bathroom, across the hardwood floor, through the kitchen, down the basement stairs and into the laundry room. I would much rather do all my dirty work in one location.
