The Natives are Restless

If you don't live along the Front Range, then you might not know about the judge and his attorney wife who stole acquired one-third of their neighbors' million dollar lot through adverse possession. A lot of people are very, very angry and think McLean and Stevens used their legal knowledge to take the Kirlins' property for no other reason than to prevent the Kirlins from building their dream home; the one-third reduction of the lot now makes it un-buildable. When asked for comment, Edie Stevens said her neighbors were just disgruntled. I think that's the understatement of the year.

In response to the outpouring of support from the virtual community, the Kirlins are hosting a Protest Picnic at their home in about ninety minutes. Lemonade, folk music, media coverage, and police in riot gear will be provided.
